Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation within 12 hours: Eligible for a 100% refund.

• Cancellation after 12 hours but within 24 hours: Eligible for a refund with a 30% deduction from the total order amount.

• Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Deductions cover processing fees, transaction charges, and production preparation costs.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
